Milestone Album allows users to browse their baby milestone photos and add them to Canva designs. You agree to use the App lawfully and not misuse the service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account.

3. Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload. By using the App, you grant us permission to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

• Photos you add to Canva designs are uploaded to your Canva account
• We do not claim ownership of your photos or milestone data
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to content you upload

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies:

• Canva: Design platform (subject to Canva Terms of Use)
• Supabase: Backend and authentication services

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the App at any time by removing it from your Canva account.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
